Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Warranty Coverage

ClutchBlaze warrants each product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original delivery date. This warranty covers the replacement of defective parts only. The coverage applies strictly to the original parts of the product and is limited to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

  • Replacement of defective original parts due to manufacturing defects.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Products not purchased directly from ClutchBlaze or an authorized dealer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by:
    • Abuse, misuse, or neglect
    • Accidents
    • Exposure to water, snow, heat, cold, or hazardous environments
    • Tampering, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
    • Improper maintenance or failure to follow care instructions
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Loss, theft, or vandalism

2. Extended Warranty Plan

What It Covers:

The ClutchBlaze Extended Warranty Plan offers the same coverage as the standard limited warranty, extending protection beyond the initial 2-year period for a duration you select at purchase.

Start Date:

The extended coverage begins immediately after the standard 2-year limited warranty ends.

Eligibility & Purchase Window:

  • Must be purchased within 14 days of the original product delivery date.
  • Purchases made outside this window are not valid but may be refunded upon request.

Non-Transferable:

The Extended Warranty Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Warranty Claim Procedures

To file a warranty claim, follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at help@clutchblaze.ca.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Copy of your invoice or receipt
    • Order date and product name
    • Description of the issue and/or part needing replacement
    • Purchaser's full name, phone number, and delivery address
    • Proof of purchase for the Extended Warranty Plan (if applicable)
  3. You may be asked to provide photos or videos to help us assess the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we will ship you the replacement component(s). Shipping costs are your responsibility. If repair is required, you must arrange and cover shipping to and from our service center.

4. Limit of Liability

The total liability under this warranty and/or Extended Warranty Plan shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Once repair or replacement costs reach this amount, all obligations under this warranty are considered fulfilled.
